“A Song For You” Initiative
In response to COVID-19, Emily launched "A Song for You"...sending songs (both personalized original songs and cover songs) to patients and families hit hardest by Covid, primarily those at the end of life in hospitals and hospices across the country. It began as a small initiative & in many ways still is, but since its launch, "A Song for You" has had a pretty beautiful response...
Since summer of 2020 the initiative has written close to 275 songs for patients in hospitals and hospices
some for people who have passed away since,
some on behalf of families who can't be with their loved ones in Covid,
some for couples in hospice,
some for people who have recovered & since gone home.... will continue beyond the pandemic..follow along with us at
